Super Cool Products are superb! After we had thrown away many broken or inadequate mops, my husband Googled 'best mop in the world' and Super Cool Products came up on the first page. He checked out some of the other companies listed, but concluded that Super Cool mops were the best option. We decided to give them a try. We ordered the 11-inch Super Standard Mop Set & Super Bucket, along with the Super Rubber Broom.
We're finally satisfied that we have the best floor-cleaning products on the market! The mop sponge-head is dense and compact, making it a magnet for even the smallest particles of dirt; the handle and lever operate easily and smoothly. The highly-efficient mop head leaves behind only a thin coating of water which dries quickly. The bucket is perfectly designed and makes it easier to wash floors while moving to various areas. The rubber broom is great, too, and cleans better than a standard broom. We also ordered the Super Magic Mop & Broom Organizer and it works very well. There were some generous new-customer freebies included with our order, and I even received a timely phone call in response to my questions, which resulted in some great floor-cleaning advice.
UPS damaged one item in shipping and the Super Cool Products staff members were super helpful and prompt! Their excellent customer service is what all companies should provide, but very few meet the high standards we encountered with this company.

Aside from the great products, I am very impressed with your website and the customer service. It is not typical of Internet web-based companies. With the Internet business being based on trust in lots of ways, it is nice to see a company that goes out of its way to make the customer feel secure and informed with several emails from customer service to let me know what the staus of my order was.
I have ordered from very large companies online and after they took my money from my account, they didn't have any contact with me for nearly two weeks. This is not the way to do business.

Just wanted to let you know that I received my mop safe and sound. Used it the very next day and was very pleased.
I had purchased the purple one (from a competitor) and was not happy with the way it handled, the handle kept coming unscrewed and the mop would not wring out the way it was advertised. I had even upgraded (for more money, of course), I can imagine the quality of the cheaper one. The other problem was that it would take 30/45 minutes for it to absorb enough water so it could be used after it had dried out and not been used for several days. I found that to be a real problem, because I'm sure that as with most people when it's time to mop you don't want to have to wait for your mop to absorb water until it is soft enough to be wrung out and used. Your mop was ready to go as soon as water was applied to the mop head.
Needless to say I am glad that I found your site and now have a quality mop. Thank You. C. Allen

Oh my! This mop is GREAT!!!! It took me about 10 minutes to mop the floor, standing upright no less! I used to have to get on my hands and knees with a micro-fiber towel to keep my concrete flooring from getting streaks...I have tried sooo many different mops.
I was just about to give up when I found your website. I was lucky that I didn't get sucked into the cheap imitation "as seen on TV" mop. They didn't even have a customer service phone number or email! I wasn't about to buy something that didn't have a customer satisfaction department...and after reading the info on your website I feel so much better about your mop and cleaning my floor!

YOUR MOP ROCKS! I have been wringing my hands (and mops) for years, trying to find a decent, durable mop. Then someone told me about your mop... All I knew was that it had 2 rollers! I went online and started sniffing around, and when I found it, I went to the local grocery store and bought a knock-off. Which I promptly returned when it bled all over my floor.
I decided to take a chance and order your real-deal mop. Let me just say that it has proven to be more exciting than both my ex-husbands put together! Now, I actually look forward to putting on James Taylor and mopping my floor ... it's quick, efficient and dries damn fast.

I got my mops today and I had to write and tell you I am totally overjoyed with them. I have all tile floors with grout, and I have 9 dogs and 3 cats. For YEARS I have tried to find a good mop that would let go of the dog hair and not get gummed up by the kitty litter. I can't say enough good things. I LOVE THIS MOP!!!!!!! - L. Squier P.S. I ordered the Super PVA 11" Super Mop Set and I cannot begin to tell you how happy I am with it!!! I am really not a fan of washing floors, but it makes it seem so easy!!! It is wonderful how it rings out so completely! I know it is because of those double side rollers. I have had mops before with only single side rollers and they would never completely squeeze the water out! Frustrating! I'd end up having to smoosh it against the side of the sink and wring it out about 4 or so more times! Oh, and I love the Absorb 'N Dry Vacuum Sponge!!! Both the sponge and the mop wipe up and leave the surface that you are wiping practically dry! Super fast shipping too! And..... the follow up email is a great touch!
